What could make a holiday—Halloween or Christmas or New Years—more magical than a great magician sprinkling his woofle dust and good cheer all over the room?
With the holiday season comes a lot of requests to which I must regrettably reply, “I’m already booked for that date and time.” For this reason you always should try to book your entertainment well in advance unless you’re okay with settling for a juggler (kidding, I love jugglers).
My latest two shows were different from each other, both in geography (one was in Newburgh, Indiana and the other was in Indianapolis, Indiana) and in the audience. The first was a high-class motorcycle group… and the latest was the annual employee appreciation event at Meridian Hills Country Club located at 7099 Spring Mill Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46260.
I almost always learn valuable lessons when performing magic
and these events were no different.
Whether we ride a Harley or drive a Prius, magic affects us all in the same way.
…and the latest was at Meridian Hills Country Club.
As you can see from the above photos that were snapped using my phone, the image quality is sub par. So I got a new phone. This one is the size of my foot and as heavy as a grapefruit, but it takes better pictures and video. Take a look at the below video of my puppy on our walk in the park today, and you can see that even a still from the following video would be better than a photo taken by my old phone.
I have been a little hesitant to capture photos and videos because of the quality. You can see this video of my rabbit taken with my old phone (the low quality is more clear in low light)…
